How we leverage HPC @GVSU

Researchers at GVSU utilize the HPC environment for genomic research, Artificial Intelligence Software for Pharmacogenomics, hydrological modeling, global climate modeling, and teaching courses specific to High Performance Computing.

A group of students is utilizing our High-Performance Cluster for a groundbreaking health research project. With the cluster's computational prowess, they swiftly process health parameters to identify potential diseases. This project showcases the cluster's pivotal role in advancing personalized medicine.

Other students harness the power of our High-Performance Cluster for running R and Python scripts. This enables efficient data analysis, underscoring the cluster's versatility in supporting diverse research endeavors.
